I have been taking the Curcumatrol for my health journey of my bones. So far I haven't had any issues with taking this supplement. I am trusting it's working to keep inflammation down so my bones can improve.

I think all the vitamins and minerals and supplements I'm using from Healthy Bones are giving me energy and are also helping to build muscle strength as I do exercises. Specifically, I'm using collagen, D/K vitamin, magnesium, Osteoelements, Omega oils, curcumatrol, annatrol. I hope this will also lead to improved bone strength when that is tested. Thank you.
