How do I take my supplements?
Daily dosages can be found on the supplement label and on our website for each product. If you’re looking for a plan for incorporating each of the foundational supplements into your daily routine, we’d encourage you to check out our Easy One-Day Guide. Always confirm what's best for you with your doctor.
Will your supplements be too large for me to swallow? I’m concerned they may be too big for me.
All of our supplement products have been designed to be as easy to take as possible. They are either narrow softgels or capsules that also deliver superior nutritional absorption to make a difference in your health.
Can I open your capsules and sprinkle the powder onto food?
Of course! You can definitely incorporate it into your diet. They are best mixed into applesauce or yogurt. Or add it to a Healthy Bones Co. Collagen smoothie for a convenient and tasty way to boost your nutrient intake.
Can I cut your softgels open and add the contents to water?
Yes, if you find these softgels too big, you can safely cut them open with a scissors and add the contents to water or food before consuming.
Are your supplements suitable for both men and women? Are they safe for all ages?
Absolutely! Healthy Bones Co. supplements are for both men and women of any age. Women just make up more of our client base since we’ve found there is greater awareness of bone loss and fracture risk and a desire to support and build bone strength.
With that being said, always confirm what's best for you with your doctor.

Are Healthy Bones Co. products made in the USA?
Healthy Bones Co. products are all manufactured in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) registered facility in the USA from US and globally sourced ingredients.
What kind of third-party testing is done on your products? Are they tested for purity?
Healthy Bones Co. products go through multiple layers of third-party testing to ensure potency, purity, and validation that every product meets the label claims.
Healthy Bones Co. products are also manufactured in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)-registered facility in the USA from US and globally sourced ingredients. Our GMP registration requires maintaining a strict set of compliance standards that ensure our products are safe, pure, and effective.
In addition, all third party labs used to test our products are International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certified.
Do you have a calcium supplement?
Yes! We have a supplement called OsteoElements Pro that contains calcium in addition to important nutrients like magnesium, vitamin D3, and vitamins K1 and K2 that are essential for the optimal absorption and utilization of calcium.

Payment & Discount FAQs
What payment options do you have?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, ShopPay, PayPal, and Google Pay.
Why isn’t my discount code working?
Our discount codes can only be used by each customer one time, and they can be applied to one-time purchases and first (new) “Subscribe & Save” orders. Subsequent Subscribe & Save orders will receive the standard 10% discount.
If your discount code isn’t working for your eligible order, please confirm that your spelling is correct and that you’re not including any spaces or punctuation when entering the code.

Subscription FAQs
How do I save 10% and sign up for a subscription?
Signing up for a subscription is a great idea!
You’ll not only save money, your subscription will make reordering effortless! Subscribing also makes sticking to a Healthy Bones plan easy. :)
On your next order do the following:
- Find the product you would like.
- Click on the "Subscribe & Save 10%" button (before clicking "add to cart").
- Choose how often you would like to receive the product, look for the pink drop down button.
- Click add to cart
- Review your order in the pop up window, and click checkout, or add another product.
- Your order will be shipped to you automatically after your purchase is completed.
Are there any additional fees that come with subscriptions?
There are no additional fees when you purchase a subscription. :)
Everyone receives 10% off on all subscriptions regardless of how many different products are ordered. And if you live in the US, you’ll also receive free shipping on all orders over $129 (this includes all recurring subscription orders)!
Where do I go to modify my subscription?
Modifying your subscription is easy. Just follow the steps below:
- Navigate to your Healthy Bones Co. account login page
- In the login window, enter the email address and password associated with your subscription account.
- Click the Sign in button.
- Once logged in, navigate to the ‘Manage subscriptions’ and make the changes you need.
What can I do if I’m not able to login to my account?
Not to worry! An account will be automatically created for you when you purchase a subscription. To continue setting up your account with a password, click “CREATE ACCOUNT” on the login page. On the next page, simply enter your first and last name, then type the same email address you used to place your subscription order, along with your preferred password. Once completed, you’ll be able to access your account and view your subscriptions. The system will recognize the password you’ve set every time you log in.
If you have already set up your account, simply click “Forgot your password?” on the login page and enter your email address on the next page. You will receive an email from Healthy Bones Co. with the subject, “Customer Account Password Reset.” If the email is not in your inbox, kindly check your Spam or Junk folder.
Alternatively, you can click Manage Subscription on the login page and enter your email address on the next page. You will receive a direct link to your subscription portal, as well as the option to continue setting up your account with a password.
Can I pause my subscription?
Although our subscription system does not have a pause option, if you’re needing to adjust your subscription delivery date or frequency, our customer portal allows you to adjust your next order date, and/or skip a delivery if you need to.
You can do so by navigating to your Healthy Bones Co. account login page and clicking ‘manage subscriptions’.
How to Adjust Your Next Order Date
Once logged in to your Healthy Bones Co. account, you’ll have access to your Customer Subscription Portal.
Once you’re in the Customer Subscription Portal, follow the directions below to adjust your next order date:
- From your active subscriptions, choose the product subscription you’d like to adjust by clicking Manage this subscription.
- Click Reschedule.
- Choose the date you’d like to reschedule to.
- Click Save Changes.
How to Skip A Delivery
Log in to your Customer Subscription Portal through your Healthy Bones Co. account.
Once you’re in the Customer Subscription Portal, follow the directions below to skip a delivery:
- From your active subscriptions, choose the product subscription you’d like to adjust by clicking Manage this subscription.
- Click Skip.
- Confirm that you’d like to skip your order by clicking Yes, skip from this order.
Shipping & Order FAQs
When will I receive my order?
Once you place your order, our system will begin to prepare it! Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of placement.
After your order is shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking information.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Healthy Bones Co. ships to the United States, Canada and the UK.
We’re currently in the process of expanding our services to several other countries.
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details regarding certain countries we are unable to ship to due to their customs laws and restrictions. These countries include: Mexico, Germany, Spain, Austria, Sweden, Poland, Brazil and South Africa.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, Healthy Bones Co. can ship to PO Boxes within the US.
What is shipping protection?
Shipping Protection is an optional delivery guarantee that protects your supplement order in the event your delivery is damaged, stolen, or lost during transit.
Shipping Protection charges a small fee at checkout. Use the slider button in the pop out window to turn the shipping protection on or off.
Will I be taxed on my shipment to Canada?
For those who live in Canada, we offer 10% off on our Basic Bone Strength Bundle and Ultimate Bone Strength Bundle Subscriptions with a flat rate of $29.95 for shipping (taxes and duties not included).
We do everything possible to use carriers that will reduce the chance of incurring additional duties and taxes, but sometimes that does happen as all taxes and duties are due at the time of delivery.

What company do you use to ship?
Healthy Bones Co. utilizes multiple shipping carriers, and the selection depends on the package weight and destination:
For Domestic Shipments:
- Packages under 1 lb, we use USPS First Class.
- Packages over 1 lb, we use FedEx SmartPost.
For International Shipments:
- For all packages we use UPS Priority Mail Innovations.
What is your return / refund policy?
Healthy Bones Co. has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unopened, and in its original packaging.
