Healthy Bones Co. Magnesium is a specially formulated supplement containing a highly absorbable form of magnesium. It is created using a process that forms a stable chelate, bonding each magnesium ion with two molecules of the amino acid glycine.*

This suplement I use most. it definitely helps with bowel movement and thus health. Also I feel one is deficient in magnesium from diet alone. Assume it strengthens bones.

Good quality product for a reasonable price

I like the chelated form of magnesium used in this product that I have not found in other companies. All nutrition experts agree this nutrient participates in many essential functions of the body and still has been found deficient in most American population. That been said ; I didn't hesitate to buy a form of magnesium better absorbable . Once you engage with the high qualify team that surrounds Kevin's work and because of his personal testimony it is inevitable to gain trust . It's too early to talk about benefit since I have been using it for only 1 month and in general I am healthy but the scientific evidence is there. Thank you , Kevin !
